The Current Vision For The Development
Place your curser on the photo to read about our vision
Paradise Valley Resort Manitoba is a planned residential resort community for people to live and play in harmony with nature. It surrounds the breathtaking beauty of the Little Saskatchewan River Valley. The Developer has taken great strides to carefully plan the first steps of this development. | Our vision is to guide responsible and sustainable development in a way that ensures the continued preservation and enhancement of the unique characteristics of the landscape and individual home sites. Paradise Valley Resort is a "Low Impact Development" meaning that our goal is to develop the property in ways that prevent measurable harm to rivers, streams, wetlands and natural vegetation. The future of this community is just beginning to unfold. | With each phase of residential and resort development, the Developer will set aside certain adjacent land to be part of a private eco-park entitled, the "Paradise Valley Preserve." |

Cattle grazing in a meadow by the river. | Horses grazing by woodland and river. | Our plans include residential single family lots from village size lots to acreages. By not just having large lots and acreages, thoughtful and progressive densification in certain areas will enable more land to be set aside for potential resort development and the shared use of land by residents. Presently, Phase 1 includes 8, 2 acre lots with several of them under various stages of construction. Phase 2, now selling, encompasses lots of one acre (+/-) in size. |
Future residential plans may include but are not limited to: 55-plus and/or single-family condominiums as well as other multi-family residences. From time to time we may also expand the boundaries of our property to provide more lifestyle choices to best suit the particular needs of individual residents. This variety of accommodation will also afford residents of various incomes to remain within the community as their lifestyle choices change. | With each phase of development we plan to build pathways, to allow residents to hike, cycle and potentially drive golf carts, to access areas of the property that are designated for such use. Other lands are to be set aside for wildlife corridors and the preservation of native plants. Residents will be able to enjoy spending time in prairie grasslands and oak bluff forests of the Little Saskatchewan River Valley in a way that will preserve this beautiful natural setting forever. |
Welcome to Paradise ...
living in harmony with nature.
